To me Guillermo looks small I think featherweight or superfeather weight will be good enough someone his size.

i think he could fight anywhere b/t 118-130. his ideal class would likely be 126 IMO.

He's 30, he fights at low weights and he has 5 pro fights. His career isn't going anywhere.

Not true. He just doesn't have time to sit and get fed Ws. He would have to pull a Vargas, fighting all names under the sun if he wants to become a star.
