Now All Of A Sudden Rigondeaux Sucks Because He Split With Roach!!!

Already the *******s true nature shows. Last week because Rigondeax was with Freddie Roach he was the next best thing. Today it was announced he split with Roach and the *******s are saying "He's done", and "He'll never amount to anything", "He's to old" and "He betrayed is country and now he's betrayed Roach". Give me a break people. Boxing is a business. The guy has every right to make the move if he feels it's in his beat interest. He must have seen something there that he didn't like. It's nothing against Roach, but sometimes certain trainers don't mesh well with certain fighters. I find it funny how now all of a sudden *******s are writing off the guy like his career is over. This yet again proves their ignorance reaches new levels day by day.

I never saw this guy. But yea, because of the extreme hatred for Mayweather, automatically he's gonna get **** on because of his decision.

Time will tell if the change was wise. Can we just leave it at that without another Pacfart-Hemmorfloyd battle emerging?

        Knights of Double Standards.

I still thought he had potential even when he was with Roach.

It's to bad they already started with the hate towards the guy. Unfortunately if you decide to **** with Roach, Mayweather Sr, or Roger, you get caught in the the Pacquiao/Mayweather crossfire. *******s automatically line you up in their crosshairs.

He is a beast, the best amateur of all time, and the best prospect in the last 15 years at least. I think Floyd Sr. would of been a better fit. Regardless, if he gets rid of his lazyness he will be number 1 P4P one day and I don't care what his age is.

Try telling that to *******s. They'll tell you he's nothing without their "Master" Freddie Roach.

Where are people saying these things?

I've seen it on other sites as well as on here. There are a couple of threads on the topic in NSB where I read several comments like this.

Man, his weird left uppercut/rip/hook whatever it is to the body is one of the most amazing punches I've seen in many years. It's like that shot that Futch taught so well and that fighters like Duran, McCallum etc perfected to an art....The right hand counter uppercut to the belly off a slipped shot but from the outside. It's freaky. He's knocked out about three guys with it already!

One of the most beautiful shots around. Rigondeaux needs to get a move on though. He's already thirty from memory no? Freaky looking guy too. Cold, cold eyes.

Anyway, who gives a **** who he is trained by. Roach is so overrated it's scary. He is a very good coach but he is not what people rave about. Mayweather, Roach, Arcel, Futch, Dundee, whoever! They're all good coaches and all teach their fighters things. All have lots of wins and all have losses. All also have one main fighter that they base their fame on.....Well, apart from Arcel, Futch and maybe Dundee.

Rigondeaux won't change that much from now to the end. He will adapt to the pro style of boxing as compared to the ams, but not much will ever change overtly.
