Hatton was knocked down once before in his career. Also I dont think Mayweather was staggered by Corley I have the fight and i really dont see when he was.

Mayweather was stunned for a few seconds against Corley. He got hit with a punch he didn't see that made him wobble a bit.

Yes, Hatton was only knocked down once in his entire career by an Irish guy. It was a solid right hand to the chin, Hatton was dazed during that round but he managed to win a comfortable UD. They showed the knockdown in the Tszyu-Hatton preview right before the fight.
