I suggest you look at it again, and LISTEN to the commentators pointing out the FOUL rabbit punches, the shoulder-clutch and push down. and the graze or near miss which caused Klitchko to overbalance back into the ropes, from which he bounced down to the canvas. In other words. Peter didn't legit knock Klitschko down at all, and if Randy Neumann had been doing his job properly, there would have been NO knock-downs counted.
