    I thought for a WW fight you need to come in no lower than 140.1. Technically you have to be a WW don't you?

    Or can you weigh-in at 137 for a 147 bout?

    The weight limit is a limit, with no minimum.

    For example, Roy Jones was 193 for a heavyweight fight with John Ruiz. That is below the cruiserweight limit.

    Right?

    Pac can come in at 150 to slap John Duddy around.

        henry armstrong came in at 134 in one of his welterweight title fights.

        he also came in at like 145 in his middleweight fights.

                    I think at the time cruiserweight limit was 190 If I am not mistaken. So when Roy weight in at 193 he was over the cruiserweight limit. And, officially a heavyweight.

                      Still haven't gotten an answer on this, so let me rephrase the question;

                      It was said by Jim Lampley that for Pacquiao to have come in at 145 he had to eat 2 meals, now what this says to me is that he was probably about 143 before the meals. So my question is what does this say about the how much he weighed on fight night? was he dehydrated? or was he smalled then he was against Cotto or DLH?
