Former WBA super welterweight champion Travis Simms (27-1, 20 KOs), now a local city councilman, and his twin brother Tarvis Simms (25-1, 11 KOs) have been reportedly arrested after getting into an ugly fight with each other over the weekend at Travis� home in Norwalk, CT. Both are facing third-degree assault charges.
