What a fool thinking he is eating healthy. 1st he was eating meat which is not healthy and then cooking in a microwave to heat it which is cancerous twice over. Then I saw he was cooking something in the microwave again in a plastic bag so he gets all the chemicals from the plastic when the plastic is heated at a certain temperture. Then he is eating eggs from a chicken. For anyone that doesnt know chickens eat their own dudu, dukey or **** as well as being shot up abusively with steriods to make them grow faster and then shot up many times with antibiotics to add 10 percent more weight.

So not to shock or offend anyone who eats like this but bernard was making claims of being healthy and its not healthy to eat like this. Dont get me wrong he is fit beyond compare but being fit does not mean you are healthy. Also on that note not everyone healthy is fit.
