I think ppl would talk about how good and stacked the HW division is because the titles would get past around often and everyone one would be competitive with each other.

No one would say that the fighters suck because there would be no one dominating them to prove such a claim or even put the idea in anyone's head.

Its like if FW had been scarce of talent in the last decade everyone would be talking about how good our champ Rocky Juarez is.
