Blood samples have been taken out of me 5 times in two weeks and my arm's sore from all the needle pricks. The fact that they botched one extraction made it worse. Intrusive sampling is just not that ideal, specially for athletes who'd be using their arms a lot, whether during training or for the actual fight.

Sure. For all we know he's been tested only once so far if at all. If there's no video proof of the testing and the results aren't published this is all theatrics. There's no OST happening.
