    Hatton/Tszyu ****** for me

You wait months for a fight because you expect it to be an all-out war, and then on fight night you get a ****ing wrestling match instead of the boxing you expected.

I'm pissed off at both fighters, personally. Hatton for turning it into a wrestling match, and Tszyu for not keeping him from doing it.

Oh, and the ref as well, for not breaking that **** up more often.

I like inside fights, I really do, but not when they look as ugly as that one did. When the actual cleanly landed punches from both fighters can be counted on the fingers and toes of a single individual, and when every bruise and bump on both fighters faces were mostly likely caused by headbutts, I'm not interested in seeing it.

Why, Oh, Why, didn't Tszyu bother using a ****ing JAB more to keep Hatton outside more? I honestly thought Kostya was smarter than he proved himself last night, and that Ricky was dumber than he proved himself.

And then you read the posts from guys "who have lost respect because Kostya Tszyu quit"........Oh, brother. A fighter is fighting in front of a hostile crowd, thinks he's way behind on the cards (and I thought he was too), is getting mugged inside, the ref doesn't break 'em often enough for Kostya to get anything done, he's been beaten about the head and face by the head and face of the other fighter for 11 rounds and is facing a 12th round of the same, to serve no purpose whatsoever other than to end it with a humiliating lopsided UD loss because he couldn't figure out a way to win...........and then some ass has the balls to say he's "lost respect for the quitter".

Holy ****, I'd like to see some of these he-men who've lost respect for Tszyu go 11 rounds in that type of fight and then see if they want to come out for the 12th. Boxing is definitely one of those sports where it looks far easier than it is. No other sport is as physically demanding as boxing, and most average people would be lucky to make it through a single 3 minute round without passing out from sheer exhaustion. And some *******s want to criticize Tszyu for tossing in the towel in a seemingly hopeless situation. Makes me gag, I tell you.

Anyway, back to my original point:

    Kostya/Ricky.........

Ugly fight, I wish I hadn't seen it, and I hope they never bother doing it again (unless Jay Nady reffs it). I expected so much more from both fighters, and I'm sorely disappointed, to put it mildly.

It went about how I thought minus Hatton winning and adding in a knockdown or two by Tszyu.

Oh well, you win some and you lose some.

Each fighter is there to win, not entertain you.

thats how it is wit all fights. You got sum expectations, good and bad, but not all expectations become real all the time.

Recent fight that quite lived up to expectations was the bout between ma main man Pac and that doo Morales. Coulda been betta though if Morales fought wit Pac instead of boxin him. Jest my thought.
