During the opening presser to announce his fight against John Ruiz, everyone was forced to sit through a 15 minute video about Don King, then King waxed poetic for about 30 minutes (mainly about himself). Then King handed the mic to each and every fighter on the card to say a word or two (about 16 all together).

Throughout the presser, you could see Toney getting more and more upset with Roach doing his best to keep his frustrated fighter calm. When King asked Larry Donald to say a few words, a disgusted Toney threw his arms up in disgust and put his head on the table. When he couldn't take it anymore, Toney turned around and yelled at Donald, "Shut the **** up, you has-been and never will be! Who the **** you think you are? No one wants to listen to you! Just sit the **** down and watch me collect belts, b*tch!" Donald sat down. The rest of the audience was on the floor.
