He was whipped by Roy Jones ( no shame in that ) and got a draw with Holyfield. How does someone accomplish all this and then is called the worse heavyweight? He wins ugly, but he wins.
On the record he has racked up over the past 3 years Ruiz should be considered a top three heavyweight.

I call him a horrible heavy weight because his wins are not ugly. they are illegal. if he didnt have Don King on his side, he would have been disqualified against Rahman, Oquendo and Golota. Disagree if you want, but it's true. I wish I could cheer for the guy, but I won't.
