When you have greedy intentions and don't care about somebody else health yes. How about if he would had gone into the fight and messed up Mosley so bad that he couldn't fight anymore, Shane would had lost this payday or any other possible payday.

That's what im saying....I mean after Margo maybe fighters do pay more attention but most of the time when the fighters are getting wrapped they are zoning out....or getting interviewed or going over game plan.....the last thing on their mind is "hmmm I wonder what my trainer is putting in my wraps"

some things to me are interesting

I am friends with the guy who demonstrated how to wrap hands on the CSAC hearing for Tony. He and everyone else stated they were surprised at how light and soft the confiscated pads were.

also the only person who vehemently demanded that the wraps stayed on was Capetillo. Tony did not know what everyone was talking about because they were speaking English, asked his co manager what was going on, he explained to Tony that ****m was complaining about the wraps. Within seconds and without any concern Tony told Capetillo to re-wrap both hands so we can fight. Capetillo still objected but went on to undo the wraps.

the lawyer for Margarito has stated "proof of prior knowledge" as reasoning behind why they believe in Tony's innocence in the situation. Whether Tony knew or not will always be speculated and properly so. However, without proof of prior knowledge there was no way they could keep Tony away from fighting.

Tony took his year, did not get a hearing date from CSAC after the year, and decided he wanted to fight again. Had he gone against the wishes of CSAC then he would have fought before the year time had passed. Nope he kept his word

He was suspended on the evidence that the CSAC collected. He tried to cheat. Even if he says he didn't know and his trainer said that he put them their by mistake is not a viable excuse. He hires the corner and in the end it is his responsibility. Dude has shown no remorse or guilt what so ever. If it wasn't true that they have found the substance they would had sued the state of California and would had fought on

I've spent months bashing Paul Williams and I kind of feel bad that I did now.It takes a rather classy individual to say what he said.


Margarito has paid for the mistakes of his trainer(Nazeem Richardson is suspect also) and deserves to resume his career as one of the most feared warriors in the sport.There are too many posers and cowards in our sport and Margarito is truly a breath of fresh air.



The Margarito haters are not true fans of the sport.

So if I say he should be banned am I a hater and not a boxing fan? Bad choice of words cuz I can easily counter by sayin ur not a boxing fans cuz u wud rather she some who may have loaded gloves fight. Cuz I like watching him fight so I dont thk im a hater; I watched him vs Cotto last night is a matter of fact; the man can take some shots lol. but with that said as a fighter, I feel you sud knw wats goin on with ur wraps gloves etc... So i think he knew; so to me he sud be banned. BUT ITS JUS AN OPINION

I believe in Karma, if Marg really did use plaster in all/most/lot/some of his fights, when karma hits back, it will bite his ass off, maybe one of the bums he will be fighting will tear his head off...

because he hasnt really spoken at all period

the few times I have seen him he has said he regrets what happened and hopes his true fans stay by his side and that those who hate him over what happened have the right to but he will show the world who he is as a real fighter

I cant speak for him but as someone who has direct relations with Tony and his team I understand totally about everyone's opinions
