Ward would give him some trouble. IDK if he would have came out of it undefeated still but he would have definitely won it all in the end.

Calzaghe would wear ward down in the later rounds, Ward is like a poor man's B-hop. He'll tag Calzaghe easy in the first 3 rounds but hen joe is gonna get his timing straight and begin to assert himself in the middle rounds and start to sweep Ward.

Not sure how ward would deal with the 1200+ windmill of doom slap punches that calzaghe throws.

I think even the current version of calzaghe can win the super six. You may see him as a sches can put you to dreamland. Basically, joe would present speed that super six protagonists will find hard to solve.

I think Ward and Dirrell both give him a lot of problems.

I'm no Calzaghe hater, dude was witty as **** in the ring and really knew what he was doing. But sharp shooting boxers like Ward and Direll def had the right styles to give him a lot of trouble.

Exactly he would give all the others problems with workrate alone. His mid-fight adjustments were the best

He would win it. He could figure out each opponent's style and throw a 1000 punches at them.

Although I kind of agree that of everyone, they would give him the most problems, I think he would still beat them both pretty well. He was a spoiler in the same way Ward is, and he was as fast as both. He also fought very hard on the inside, which would throw Dirrell off his game and his stamina would wear both guys down.

To be honest I think he would win it pretty easy. He might not have each fight easy but I do think he would win the whole series easily. I don't think he'd drop a single fight.

Although I don't care for his style or anything and didn't really give a toss about him while he was fighting, he was a damn good fighter and easily one of the best of the last few eras. Very underrated. Still a **** though.

You know, I just realised Calslappy breaks one of the great rules of boxing. He is the only guy I know of in boxing that lost his power the older he got.

You know that saying 'The last thing to go is your power'? Well, he is the only guy I've seen that lost it the older he got. His punches got lighter and weaker the more he fought.

He could hurt guys with one punch pretty bad in his prime, then by the time he was fighting Kessler, Jones and B-Hop it had all but gone.

Great up to and including Lacy and Kessler, but after that he wasn't nearly as good as he had been. Even the Kessler fight he looked that little bit slower and not as sharp.
