And the reason I have Williams ranked high is because he has been so active. You can't penalize him just because he had a close fight against a guy who was on a long winning streak and has a lot of talent. Activity level is something to take into consideration when you do your P4P list and Williams rarely takes more than 4 or 5 months to get back into the ring. And title defenses mean ****. Manny Pacquiao doesn't defend titles either.

And Ward and Adamek deserve to be in there kind of but it's not a given that Ward will win the tournament and I don't think Adamek is gonna beat Arreola.
