Question about Margarito? Do you think he has any desire to fight Floyd now?

I'm asking this because Floyd Mayweather used to get ripped to the gills for not fighting this guy. You wanna know what I think? I think he never even wanted to fight Floyd after he beat Cotto because why else would he have brought up De La Hoya everytime Kellerman asked him about other fights? I'm not really a Floyd fan per say even though he has won a little bit of my respect by fighting Shane.

Now Margarito just said today that he wants his old belt back. You know the one he won in vacant fashion by beating up Shane Mosley's left overs instead of the one he actually got from a bonafied title holder even though Cotto himself didn't beat an actual champ for it, but that's another debate. This ****sucker never even says that he wants to fight Floyd if Floyd happens to beat Shane Mosley.

Now I know there's a cold chance in hell that Margarito could even lay a glove on Floyd. But you would think he'd express some interest in that fight given that it would be vindication if he happened to pull off a miracle but he doesn't even want it because he knows he'd get embarrased. This is why I can't stand this guy because his fans make him out to be this throw back warrior and he's a diva to the fullest.

        Haha exactly.

Margarito: "Hmm should I take a 7 digit pay day to get pot shotted and shut out for 12 rounds?"

        Tough decision.

Too bad margarito will never fight in the US again, he sealed his fate by fighting in Mexico, lawyers or not.

I don't know how Margarito would decide this very tough decision.

I didn't know Margarito had so many options right now that he would turn down a high profile fight.

margs knows floyd wouldnt give him a shot and because of the top rank connection with pac he knows that fight is possible. at this point of his career i think margarito would take a fight with wlad for one last chance and a big payday
