no i actually grew up around filipinos here in the states, i'm completely cool with them and as i said before, i often disagree with the things he says.

However, I must say I have noticed that people back in the philippines tend to overreact over any perceived slight. A while back i remember alec baldwin made a crack about looking for a filipino mail order bride which resulted in the Philippine government barring him from entering the country and some filipino senator even threatened him with violence.
