To me deep down inside Dirrell wants to fight like the old Roy jones with the pot shots hand speed great foot work dodge punches counter and not get hit he needs to do in the middle of the ring and not run around in the ring

I have always thought he needed another year before facing this kind of competition...he would handle it that much easier.Nonetheless he can hang with any one of these guys...I still had him winning the Froch fight, and am confident he would do 100% better in a rematch....
No,Abraham was just too short and Tailor made.
And still,he always was falling, and running at the end,and get koed by a sucker punch after sliping again...

I think Dirrell don't have the balls required, for god sake he's a former olympian and has 20 fights...
I bet he has more competition boxing rounds than Abraham.
        Look Ward.

No I would not stand there and trade but I would box.Which he could have done but running and not doing anything at all is were my Problem comes in.Do you understand now cause I can't make much more plain for you.

Dirrell is young and not as experienced as Froch or Abraham. He came in this tournament with 17 pro fights and he's already fighting against the best opposition in his division.
I tip my hat for the effort and like I said he has great talent. No I don't expect him to be Duran or Ray when he fought Duran. But Ray is a great example he was a great boxer but alway's boxed never RAN.Boxing is different then RUNNING.

your comments don't help the discussion. I'd like to see more of the Dirrell that showed up in the Abraham fight thats all. I'd feel differently about Dirrell if Froch and Abraham looked truly beaten, but they just looked frustrated. Dirrell has the talent to be one of the greatest, but when he gets pressured he ALWAYS flops to the floor or slips. it's actually a smart move since it gets the ref involved much quicker than holding does, and you will never face a point deduction.
