So Kelly Holmes being on every TV channel for what she did was OK? Hell her running time was **** but she did win. Heck Khan was the only boxer for the UK in the Olympics and got a silver at 17. Of course he will get attention and also he brought live boxing back onto ITV. 8 million watched him regularly. What's bad about that? You think that those millinos are boxing fans? Heck they don't know **** but it got boxing on TV

Or Hatton getting so much attention fighting a bum in Castillo. Yes he was done and a bum by that point. Heck he owed money and didn;t even want to really fight for his weight issue

The truth is, do you think those fans that boo him because he got fame or didn;t fight John Thaxton? No. I have been to one of his fights and some are actually racist.

People may say yeah we hate him because he got all this hype etc... but so what? Do you think that those guys actually know boxing? Do they go on boxing forums or talk boxing with their friends? No they go out, get drunk and then that's it.

Ask those guys if they know who John Thaxton, Murray etc are and msot wouldn't know ****. Heck they woudln't know who the top guys are

Khan, despite who he has fought, bought excitement to his fights and has got it talked about more. He headlined how many fights? Put fans into seats, got how amny viewers? British boxing would be worse without him

He was shoved down everybodys throats as the greatest thing ever, when in reality, he was avoiding the top fighters, what pissed people of was when he beat up some bum on ITV, every real boxing fan had to listen to the constant ****e from football fans and casual boxing fans at their work the next day about how this guy khan was amazing, is their anybody out their that could beat him

That was the sort of **** real boxing fans had to put up with on a daily basis because this no mark was fighting on ITV and everybody was singing his praises, he was only knocking out cab drivers etc, yet people were asking is their anybody who could beat him their was the question mark over khans chin from the amatuers, when he went pro people wanted to know can khan take a punch, after the willie limond fight in wich khan should have lost because of that long ass count, it just made people even more convinced khan had a glass jaw.

But rather than prove khan was the man, rather than prove khan was the best lightweight in britain by putting him in with the likes of the british champion john thaxton who could ****, they decided khan wasnt going down that route, khan would fight hand picked bums elsewhere, this made people hate him.

Then khan ends up on sky box office where we have too pay 15 pound to watch his fight with a guy nobody had even heard of in prescott, and what happend their, khan gets sparked in less than a minute, talk about getting took for a ride, and you wonder why the british public hate him and frank warren
