            Dawson s #1 at 175 followed by Pascal at #2 Hopkins is #5 which is fair IMO.

                Divisional ratings have to be more objective than P4P IMO and Floyd hasn't beaten a notable Welterweight (or bigger) since May 2007. That said, the winner of Mosley-Mayweather will be recognized as the rightful champ so the where doesn't really matter.
