Would anyone tune in to see Toney vs Hopkins if it was shown free on HBO

I think B-hop has one more left in him. HW is too much and CW is too high risk/low reward. I don't see a Dawson fight taking place, so why not fight James Toney and call it a career. Would anyone tune in to watch this if it was shown along side a good double header such as a Pavlik vs Williams etc?

Just something I thought up a sec ago. Remember while both are clearly past it, they still don't look terrible/shot and have actually looked pretty good in their last couple of fights.

For me I feel B-hop should fight either Toney, Taylor III, or maybe Dawson and call it a wrap.

Again before you **** on this thread consider this

B-hop completely dominated Jones, out-classed a very good opponent in Pavlik and lost a close/very competitive fight to Joe Calzaghe. B-hop still has to talent, skills etc to put on one more show and Toney on the other hand has only lost 2 (to a prime Sam Peter) in the last 13 years. He also looked pretty good in his bout last Sept (even though it was a C class HW).

Weight could be an issue, but other than that, that's one of B Hop's best fights at this point. Still wouldn't mind seeing him fight Dawson, maybe at CW to give Hops a little leeway on weight, but if he didn't want to do that, then yeah, that's the best possible fight for him, and Toney vs Hopkins would actually have some significance when it's all said and done, unlike the Jones rematch.

I honestly wouldn't mind seeing this. Toney would 1 up Hopkins at everything. Trash talking, skills, and i'd love to see Hopkins try headbutting & crying vs Toney he'd get pwned all around. Toney by UD

I definitely would... I would pay for it if I had to, just to see Toney beat the **** out of Hopkins

Man Toney is B-hop times two. The trash talk would be epic and I actually think the fight would be very good (technically and skill wise). I could also see a very dirty fight break out because as bad as b-hop is at that, Toney is better. I actually would pay to see it also (One of those GBP PPV's that are like 24-29 bucks).
