I'm rooting for Haye, but I didn't understand during the fight why he was so inactive, and unwilling to let his hands go.

1) He's scared to be hit back
2) He has stamina issues.

well he didn't look as ripped either, he looked a tad pudgy well not pudgy but let's say "soft" in the body, you couldn't really see his sixpack or anything like that and it WAS his highest weight ever wasn't it? So I'm thinking Haye took the fighter more lightly than he's willing to admit and ran out of gas. But that still doesn't explain his abysmal punch output during the Valuev fight and barely squeaking by VALUEV for god's sake with an MD. What a joke.

2. why was Haye panting at the mouth and RUNNING from Ruiz last night by round 3-4?
3. Why did Haye throw like 5-10 punches per round against both Ruiz and Valuev?
