I expected Haye to dominate him. Instead there were rounds that Ruiz dominated and landed at will. I expected Haye to blow him away, instead Haye couldn't even knock him out and the only knockdowns he got were from illegal blows (even Andrew Golota knocked Ruiz down in round 1 with a LEGAL blow).

he is exciting, at least the ruiz fight was rather entertaining, becuz he commits to his punches and generates drama. he's a bit wild and he's a bit vulnerable. he took chances in the ruiz fight that wlad wouldnt even take vs a guy he DWARFED in chambers.
drama is the key word here. there is no drama in a klit fight these days becuz they dont take chances even against severely over-matched opponents. there is no drama if the outcome is already known.
