I respect B-Hop and Roy for what they were able to accomplish... but they both should call it a career. They aren't draws any longer, Roy is completely shot, and Bernard--while still good--isn't really relevant in any division any more.
He got his revenge (if you call it that) on Roy. That's obviously been bugging him for almost two decades. Not it's done. Ride off into the sunset, Hop.Comment

I'm surprised Hopkins made it to 45. I know he lives a healthy life and is incredible technically which helped him last as long as he did...but anybody that has either followed his career at least by the time he fought Roy the first time or went back and reviewed his career prior to Tito...would know that Hopkins had been on the declined at least after the Carl Daniels fight. Even Robert Allen, who fought him a few times said Hopkins was on the decline.
And for Roy; he had been on the decline even before he got to Ruiz but he was just so damn good and gifted that he still got away with it while he was "alive." But after he came back down in weight...finished.
Both should retire.
Oh, and for Hopkins...this win over Roy don't mean **** except a pay-day because you bitched out of the fight for years...not Roy. Truth.Comment
