Are we talking about Arreola who almost got knocked out in 2-3 rounds against a journeyman called Travis Walker.... and we are wondering if David Haye could beat this fatty? WOW, the forum really went down and that's why I keep less and less on NSB

Haye vs either Wlad or Vitali is a tough fight to call. I can see and agree with arguments for each fighter winning. But Arreola? I see Haye beating him without question.

But I honestly see Haye being too mobile, and too fast for Vitali. Despite what Haye says I doubt he KO's Vitali, 'cause Vitali is just a tough mo'fo. But Haye could run rings and catch Vitali to outpoint him for 12 rounds.

Just my opinion. I;d like to see him take Vitali before Wlad, 'cause I'm not sure he'd beat Wlad and if Wlad beats Haye then he won't get a chance against Vitali.

But yeah, Haye, he's the Pride of Britain, what a guy, what an entertaining fighter. I take my hat off to him.
haye would be lucky if he could successfully dream about outpointing Vitali...

fighting a guy like Ruiz who is an inch shorter and the same reach is one thing, but a 6'7" Vitali is a WHOLE NEW BALL GAME...

            he gets KO'd, early

Yeah i think Boytsov, Helenius, Pulev, Povetkin, Arreola all beat him and Adamek 50/50 only because how open he is for right hands. Chagaev is probably too past it at this point, we'll perhaps find out if he beats Meehan.

Most everyone on here would agree that Adamek is naturally smaller than Haye because he is. Adamek is natural 200lbs as he himself stated while Haye killed himself to make 200 limit.

              Adamek was 220 vs Estrada
              Haye 222 vs Ruiz

yet Adamek had 4X the activity and workrate and tired for 2 rounds in the 8th and 9th i believe, caught a second wind and finished the last rounds strong.

Haye was gassed after his round 1 assault and resorted to hail mary 1 or 2 shot counter punches (and rabbit shots) to get things done. In the majority of the rounds (at least 5 i'd say) Ruiz controlled the majority of each individual round with his jab, backing Haye up and seriously out landed Haye.

I'm not hating on Haye for the sake of hating it just really was an unimpressive showing.

Anyone that thinks Vitali, even this almost 40 year old version, is a "quite easy" win for Haye must surely have ridden the short bus to school.

If you really want to know the truth, I would bet quite a bit of money that this guy, with 7 fights under his belt, could beat Haye right now.

are you forgetting that arreola hits much harder and is much younger than ruiz? ruiz was able to back haye up at times and arreola is much stronger and more aggressive. I could see arreola starching haye just as easilly as I could see haye getting to him
