there was a vid and Frankie landed more punches,but Jose looked tired like he had sparred a couple of rounds,he had the same clothing on in the video as he did in the infamous Shawn Porter spar,Where Jose beat Shawn up,maybe Frankie came in more fresh,Frankie was just throwing punches,not much defense,Jose was more defensive choosing his shots

And as for tonight,Frankie looks a beast,but Jose is the better prospect,hes all around great

benavidez has the better tools, temperament, tighter style and skill level at the pro level.
frankie will be exciting and tough though. he fights like his nickname: the pitbull

Yeh sparring sessions dont really mean alot,one day u cud knock someone cold,or just box his ears off,the next day he could give u a tougher fight,the next day he could box your ears off,sparring is just sparring,people on here who are saying Gomez is better then Benavidez because of one sparring session vid make me laugh,based on from what ive seen,Jose is all around better then Gomez,Jose looks to have it all,but Gomez is vicious
