You don't become the best HW of an era by beating C level competition like Valuev or Ruiz. You can win an ABC belt, but you don't prove much.

Let him fight guys like Tua/Peter/Arreola/Adamek/Chambers/Solis -- just solid contenders, not even the Klits. Then we'll know more.
