  • Harrison beats Brodie in the 4th

I was wondering what peoples opinions are about the fight??

I think you can tell how much pain a fighters in and IMO Brodie could have got up from that shot, i think he could have survived the round and still gone on to win the fight.

Another thing that got me was Micky Vann was telling Harrison the shot which floored Brodie was low but then still called it a KD. He was clearly telling Harrison to keep his punches up.

Looked dodgy to me I thought Brodie took a dive so to speak as he looked fine after the count.

Brodie didn't take a dive... At the end of the 3rd round Brodie got caught with a wicked body shot, and he scurried back to his corner bent over. Both Scott Harrison and his Dad saw this, they shouted "Quick, Quick!"... Scott came out for the 4th and only went to the body.

Brodie was already hurt going into the 4th... Watch it again on one of the replays and you'll see!

As for the thread question... I was a little irritated that Brodie did what we all thought he'd do, and tried to go to WAR with Harrison.

I thought brodie was very effective post 1rst round

If he hadnt got caught I think he was in a winning position/style

Harrison cant handle boxers, he would be badly beaten by marquez, has a chance agaisnt chi i suppose if he forces the war...

Coulda Shoulda been a minor classic. That first round, Brodie's past his best and his defence is off... he's getting nailed and should be all accounts be out. But he carries on and by the next round he's teaching Harrison the ways. I'm really getting into it, then... it's over. Too soon.

Evil, this'll be one for your people tomorrow, I'm processing it now.

I agre, Harrison would have issues with any of the top little-men who can punch & move, Chi vs. Harrison would be a competitive though (& probably a blood-bath!)....let's remember that Brodie got waxed by SacTown's own Willie Jorrin a few years back, at 122 pounds, and Brodie wasn't even great back then, so tonight wasn't a very good measuring stick for where exactly Harrison is right now in his career, he did need a quick win after the Polo incident, and that's what he got tonight

The Jorrin fight was a bad points victory Im sure Brodie had that one in the bag
