    Berto is a great puncher...

but i hope he can become a little less hittable or he might get battered when he steps into the ring with someone on Mosley's level.

Yeah. I think he has the chance to be the man at welterweight once May/Pac/Mosley retire, but he has room for improvement. Can you think of a better trainer for him?

i like Berto a lot and think he can keep the belt for a long time but he needs a trainer who can improve his defence and accuracy a bit.

He can run the division until Alvarez and Jones are ready to challenge him.

        IF...

Mosley, Mayweather, Pacquiao and Williams don't fight him.

We'll see how good he is when he fights Quintana, at least Quintana is a good measuring stick, because he seems to be protected by DiBella.

i dont think he is. he's definitely fast but he doesnt have thudding one punch ko. Still very green IMO. He hit rodriguez with a huge uppercut to score a knockdown but rodriguez didnt appear hurt. If he was a truly great puncher that shot should have put out rodriguez.

urango & collazo both went full 12 rounds with him. above average puncher, not someone i would classify as a great puncher.
