    Oscar>RJJ for Hall of Fame?

In response to No Ceiling's thread.

Who did Roy Jones beat? He fought a bunch of cops and cab drivers. Hell, he would've fought Oscar at 168 if Oscar wanted to! And that would've been Jones' best opposition there!!!!

Oscar De la Hoya is WAY underrated for his achievements, but but, I'll agree that Roy Jones is better on the ATG scale.
