Marciano purposely hit Walcott after Walcott was out cold being held up by the ropes. Walcott was down for a whole second and a half before Rocky hit him. Walcott went down at the end of the 3:21 mark and Rocky hit him at the 3:23 mark. This KO is still considered today as the greatest KO ever. Why did Laurance cole count to 6 before panicking the way he did. Why did he count and then make up his maind so fast about AA hitting him while he was down? AA should've been more careful yes but the whole thing was handled ******ly. If direll was hurt so bad why were'nt the doctors rushing into the ring? The whole thing stinks but the fight was good until that point except for the missed KD's.

Why was Laurance Cole standing in the middle of the ring when all this went down?

abraham had the momentum at the moment of the DQ. if he hadnt punch direll like that... i think there was a big possibility of him catching him on the rest of the round or the other cos dirrell was just surviving... with that being said.. that doesnt change the fact... that it was clearly a late punch and he deserved to be DQ...
