Aside from Wlad's chin and being British are there are any ACTUAL reasons to think Haye can beat either of the brothers?

Completely different... with the Klits... If he beat Wlad.. he would then be FORCED to fight Vitali.. and if he beat Vitali, he would then be FORCED to fight either Wlad or Vitali again.. on top of the fact K2 Promotions would promote all 3 fights and make all the money.

With Don King, he simply signed a 3 fight contract, where Haye actually has a say in who he fights.

His split for the Klits was also terrible... At least he now has a belt and brings some bargaining power to the table.

Very reasonable. I think Wlad's chin is always going to be questionable and until Vitali slows down he's the better fighter to beat.
