Roy's hand speeed is still second to none at 175. Chad got him in the reflex and foot speed department though.

Damn, I think so. I still can't believe he is still so quick, but even Leonard's hands are quick as an old man.

I remember the video where he flurried this dude body and dropped him in a studio interview.

no doubt.....has the fastest hands still...but reflexes have dramatically slowed down
