roach said it himself...before every fight pacquiao had..he called the opposition either weight drained or shot..pacquiao is average..he got no skills...someone like floyd would make him look like a amateur.

Pacquiao is the type of fighter who looks magnificent against certain type of fighters, but against another type of fighter - completely horrible.

This is why he's being protected and matched up against fighters on the severe decline and/or below their proper weight who are already at a disadvantage stylistically.
