No. Mosley is still durable and elite, old or not. It's a dangerous fight for Floyd. Losing to Mosley is no embarrassment.

The answer is shot dead using Jones when you see that he's a huge underdog against someone five years older than him.

Yes...the greatest fighter of our era should be embarrassed if he lose no matter who the opponent. The king who wears the crown is whose neck grows most wary.

Mosley is younger than Bernard Hopkins was when he knocked out Dela Hoya.

How old and out of shape did Bernard look?

Mosley is legit, but not as legit as he was years ago. And Mayweather knew that before he took this fight with a "welterweight". Add that to the fact Mosley has been inactive for a long time and I would say yes, Mayweather should be embarrased if he loses.

Mosley was legit enough that Pacquiao pretended he didn't exist then asked him to come down to 142 in order to make the fight. Mosley is at an age where inactivity shouldn't be an issue - activity is! Which is why guys like Hops and older fighters preserve themselves by taking one fight a year. Shane is a vet. And a future HOF'er. No shame at all.

Maybe Mayweather too had a toothache previously?
