hanging a bag?

i just got a 70 lbs bag and am trying to fit it in my shed. its a fairly strong shed but im not sue how to mount it as it has a layer of plaster board and then wood on the outside. should i just get realy long screws and go through the wood? thanks

just bolt a bracket into a rafter beam and half-hitch it to the bracket. Or get some kind of stand to hang it off.
