I wouldn't go that far. Paulie is more like a paper champion at the moment. Chavez Jr on the other hand is a disgrace to boxing and his father's name and he's scared of a teenager.

Paulie Malignaggi > every opponent Chavez faced

I honestly wouldn't be surprised if Paulie punched harder than the biggest Middleweight Chavez Jr faced so far.
