Kostya was tested by many great contenders but he wasn’t tested by true champions yet. Judah is a champion but he lost the war against not Tszyu but his own nerves. Julio Caesar was not the same Chavez who earned the great victories in the past.
I hope Hatton will show many changes in his very effective (against average boxers) but one-dimensional way of boxing and will be the first Tszyu’s opponent with a champ level.
I don’t think Richard will be able to beat Tszyu but he must give him a hard fight. After that Gatti, Mayweather, Harris and other true champs will finally test Kostya.
Watching how Kostya breaks his opponents It’s easy to say that he will break each one but it’s still just a prediction.

In the one of his interviews Tszyu said that the majority of his opponents was feared. So it's a greatest proof of the fact that there wasn't any champs in the list of his opponents. True champs don't fear...

if i'm dumb then fair enough but in my opionion to be the best you have to be the champ aswell as be ranked number 1. No doubt Judah is a class fighter, (one of my fav's actually) - the way i look at it is like in most other sports. ie. the team that wins the superbowl are the best team because they have the trophy and have finished on top and therefore are ranked number 1.

i dont doubt zoo, he's a top fighter and honestly he probably will beat hatton, but without hope and optimism, for the guy i'm sporting and wanting to win, what is there? I'm not the type of guy to be negative and say hatton's aint fought nobody therfore he could struggle against someone of zoo's class, i always try to be postitive and if sometimes that make me seem dumb and makes me seem as if records mean **** then so be it. I can live with that.

I don’t underestimate Richard and that’s why I guess he will not be KOed until 7th round. But I don’t think he will not be able to stay more ‘cause his experience is too small. Days ago he said Magee helped him to become a true warrior. I think Magee isn’t enough. I believe he will be able to change many details of his style but there are too many details to change. May be he could become the fighter who could defeat Tszyu yet but there were not enough quantity of hard bouts to test these new skills.

How can I overestimate fighter who can defeat his opponent by one punch. How can I overestimate fighter who defended his world title (real title) more than 10 times and almost each bout was ended by a KO/TKO? I say that he will defend it against another good pretender who probably will slightly tougher than others. I say just that and no more. Remember Urkal, Leija, Hurtado – they can do some things that Richard can’t but they were also outboxed. Ricky’s punch is weaker than Kostya’s one and it’s a fact. I say again I believe he will be the best pretender but Warren didn’t let him get enough experience. There are Ricky’s successes in the near future not today.

My post isn’t about statistics but about the true opposition in the ring. Statistics doesn’t make boxers – boxers make statistics. Anyhow if to look at the statistics of Tszyu’s opponents it’s clear that it’s high but not highest.
