Malignaggi couldn't hurt Hatton, if you can't hurt him you're going to get beat the **** out of. Hatton is very fast at closing down, Malignaggi said he was surprised at how fast he was.

Hatton's footwpeed going forward is damn fast, and pretty effective. You see some brawlers try t close down, but they are in all sort of wrong angles, Hatton isn't, however he isn't that accurate to hit someone always, but pretty damn good.

The only issue with that is, he can't deal with faster footwork/handspeed.

He can punch and hug against someone with power, but he can't deal with the speed of his open defence
