Do You Think Khan Will Man Up If...

You have Khan/Malignaggi and Ortiz/Campbell on the same card in May... Bradley has a fight in June, Alexander and Maidana are in negotiations for a August clash, and Marquez is going back to 135... With that said I'm picking Ortiz and he's also the odds on favorite to beat Campbell... Saying that Khan gets past Malignaggi; he's been criticized in the past months for not wanting to fight any real threats... Ortiz is a damn good boxer and has one punch KO power, plus he seems on a mission for redemption... Do you see Khan manning up and fighting him if they both get past their opposition in May?

I think he's trying to get his confidence back. It can take a while after being shutdown the way he was against prescott. Jermain Taylor was never the same after Kelley Pavlik but Taylor has bad bad habits.

Khan would fight anyone, he's confident in his ability. Roach wouldn't let him fight just anyone however.

I think this is true. Amir recently said in a radio interview that after the MAB fight he wanted to rematch Prescott but Warren didn't like that idea. Thats one of the reasons he joined with GBP.

I think its good that Roach holds Amir a bit back. He probably knows his strengths and weaknesses better then anybody. But Roach shouldnt say things like :"we can take on the world"

Maidana and Ortiz are the only acceptable fights IMO unless he fights Rickey Hatton. I'd only like the Prescott rematch if it was really quick after the Paulie fight, like late summer just so we dont have to wait months for him to fight a non top contender. But if he actually wants to be the best at 140, he better take on Maidana and ortiz soon. Work his way up to Bradley and Alexander. Kind of want to see him fight Urango but their's no way in hell they'd take that fight.

He wont be rematching prescott, Mitchell just gave him the wooping of his life so whats the point.

he needs some more experiance behind him to get ready for the big fights that are going to come his way once he sparks Paulie such as, urango, holt, peterson, hopkins before he takes on the like of Maidana, Bradley & alexander.

depending on how he looks in his next fight i think khan has a chance of beating all of them obviously bradley and alexander being the toughest tests but bradley is a good solid fighter but he's not really amazing in any one area khan would have supreme speed advantage and size

i also think khan beats maidana depending on if he can keep away from his power the prescott ko was a long time ago i think he has moved on well since then. maidana is a powerful slugger but his lack of boxing skills will be exposed i think

i actually think campbell might beat ortiz campbell has the heart of a champion ortiz does not it was evident in his fight with maidana and in his fight after that he looked very tentative against a sub par opponent im not sure he has what it takes to beat campbell but we'll see
