This fight should have been on regular HBO. Better yet it should have been on ESPN or Versus.

Thats because anyone who isn't mentally handi-capped knows BHOP should win. Did they think the fans forgot how Roy was just embarrassingly stopped by Danny Green in the 1rst round?Comment

Hopkins really wanted this fight, so I doubt he really cares either way. He just wants to beat the **** out of Roy.
This should be a lesson to all boxers, **** this bickering **** and make the fight. Before, these guys would have been able to split 30-40 million together, now they can split 5-10 if that much.
Good lookin out Gary. These cats is real sensitive.Comment

UN-SELL OUT?
Word is that there are a lot (and by a lot, just about every single one) of tickets are available for Bernard Hopkins-Roy Jones II. With a lot of boxing going on this weekend in Las Vegas, from a “ShoBox” telecast at the Hard Rock Hotel being staged by Golden Boy to a card at the Rio Hotel being put on by TKO Boxing Promotions, Hopkins-Jones II could be the most high-profile walk-out bout in the history of boxing. http://www.maxboxing.com/news/main-l...-snake-returnsComment

I will at least give goldenboy props for showing the Haye/Ruiz fight on tape delay, but I still ain't buying this ****e.Comment

I asked one buddy of mine (a casual boxing, hardcore MMA fan) who would win at 175, Chad Dawson or Roy Jones Jr... He went on for ten minutes telling me what a dumb question it was, that Roy Jones is a legend and will knock anybody in his division out, and beat anyone... When he was done, I asked him if it was 2003.... lmfao, I told him he got KO'd in round 1 to Danny Green, he did not believe me and went and checked on a computer and just shut up.... Yeah, casual fans dont know jack, theyll buy this fight because it's Roy Jones and they want to seem cool in order to get people to hang with them...Comment
