I recall Roy in his prime would do a lot of sprints and running his 5 miles at a fast pace. Before the Calzaghe fight they showed him jogging with the guys in the camp and the pace was extremely slow.

Or Maybe he has knee problems or something where he can't do the leg workouts he used to do. Prime Roy was doing windmill dunks on the basketball court so he had great legs back then.Comment

Roy needs to be commited to keeping his chin tucked and out of the way when Hopkins checks it.
No amount of leg training will keep him from falling to the canvas if BHop connects on point.
