its no suprise haye whooped froch seeing as hes naturally 40-50lbs bigger, even if that was sparring

its even more suprising froch said he couldnt catch haye due to his speed

he will lose a few pounds extra by fight night as well, Ruiz is in for a beating.

Froch may not take into consideration that Ruiz is a good veteran and may be hard to get out of there. I do think Haye will suprise Ruiz with his hand speed though. Should be a good fight.

I hope Haye gets it together and doesn't slip up. The division needs someone, anyone to rival the Klitschkos if they won't fight each other.
