    He may not be able to generate the necessary force with this punch having tpo travel so far above him own head.

    So I am going to say no, he most likely would not.

      SO do you think he would still beat Valuev though? I don't think he's ever fought a fight like that, backing up and still winning.

        Prime Tyson could ko anyone, he had enough power in his legs to leap up n ko valuev IMO

          I imagine that Tyson would land the harder eye catching shots and would bank enough rounds to win even if he is backing up because Valuev is for his size pretty weak.

                    Tyson would smash Valuev.

                    45 year old Holyfield and the fat (only) version of Chagaev were too fast for Valuev. Imagine Tyson closing in low and landing repeated leaping left hooks and overhand rights (the type he knocked out Holmes with).

                    I have trouble seeing Valuev being able to take those repeatedly. He wouldn't even be seeing them coming. The ones that hurt the most...
