You can never tell what shape people are in, just look at Kelly Pavlik. He doesn't even look all that muscular but he is one of the hardest punchers in this sport.

Even though I HATE Froch, I don't really think Kessler will win this one.. he hasnt been the same ever since losing to Calzaghe now hes slower and flat footed. It'll be crazy if everyone in the tournament loses their "0" haha

Don't agree with this post.Carl is a fighter who does everything good not great.Dirrell lost that fight for himself with the running and jumping on the floor.When Dirrell fought AA he boxed when he fought Froch he ran that's why he lost.Froch is a rough boxer with a good jab and a good chin.Out the two fighter's Kessie has not look like a animal for a longtime.Froch has still looked hungry and I think it will show in this fight.

Yess he def. has always been flat footed but not necessarily so stationary, i remember how good he looked whoopin' Librado Andrade and hes never ever looked as good as he did in that fight.. he moved, he threw combos, his punches had snap and were straight. NOW hes not at all like that, not one bit.. now hes more like Jermain Taylor but white, throwing basic 1-2 or 1-2-3 that's it
