Comments Thread For: Roach: Haye Needs To Attack Ruiz, Come Out Swinging

Trainer Freddie Roach says WBA heavyweight champion David Haye needs to come out swinging punches from the very first round. He didn't like what he saw when Haye moved around for twelve rounds to win a close decision over Nikolai Valuev to win the heavyweight title last year. Roach says Haye needs to return to his old style of fighting by attacking Ruiz with hard power shots. [Click Here To Read More]

David tua did it Roach....i understand the fact u don't like boxers, because, truth be told, u were never one yourself-except a brawling journey man. U will never understand the art of boxing, thus can't train someone in the art. I know u, Roach, u lead the campaign against boxers calling them boring, u even went as far as training mma fighters. U and Bob arum are destroying boxing by taking ordinary fighters and juicing them to be brawling machines in the name of excitement. U will be exposed soon and very soon!

Khan boxed Kotelnik in a 12 round shutout!! Pac outboxed De La Hoya and Clottey. Freddie even trained one of the greatest defensive boxers James Toney!! So how can anyone say Roach doesn't appreciate the art of boxing??? Rubbish!!

Pac never outboxed anyone, c'mon now. He outhustled a drained fighter, then outworked a passive fighter. And James Toney, he's a natural born counter puncher. Roach only trained him for a few fights where he tested postive for PEDS twice.

                  just listen to roach

I dont know why Roach haters cannot accept up to now that freddie is the best trainer these days. Many are envy and jealous to him that they even dont understand the message of roach to Haye.Ruiz is tough but Haye can box and have the power to k.o. ruiz.Styles makes fight and roach understand what a boxer needs to do to beat another boxer.Pacman outboxed clottey,de la hoya, cotto and others but roach always demand a k.o. whenever there's a chance.David Haye has the possibility to be caught by Ruiz at the later rounds so why let it happen.Destroy Ruiz in the early rounds and knock him out..then david will be out of danger..very easy to understand....
