Clottey didn't box well against Cotto when Cotto has the same damn speed as him for the most part. I mean we can agree that Cotto/Clottey have about the same speed right? Well, Abraham was ****ing fighting against a guy that was like double his own speed. When someone is double times your speed thats a huge advantage especially in a boxing match!

AA opened up more than clottey.

if clottey gave pac chances to counter like AA gave Dirrell, no doubt clottey would've been KOed.

the other difference is that Clottey is very big at WW and pac couldn't split clottey's guard. On the other hand, Dirrell was the stronger one 2 days ago and was splitting AA's guard.

Not at all. When the fight hit the later stages and Abraham knew how far he was behind, he opened up. Clottey never opened up.

My thoughts too... The difference is the power. No logic in Clottey fighting like he does, Abraham knows very well what he's doing. Both styles are intriguing and worth studying. Trainers must have Abraham studied by now and one thing's for sure, if you want to get the W vs Abe, you need to come in the shape of your life.

Clottey and AA are nothing alike. AA is the example of how to effectively use the peek a boo style and WIN. Muchless not just win but KTFO his opponents. He's got brutal power with a style that's generally hard to crack. A tough opponent for any fighter. I said in regards to the Clottey fight, you can't have that good of D if you expect any type of effective offense. Well this doesn't apply to AA. Not only does he have excellent D, but when he opens up on your ass, it's lights out.

Negative, AA power is brutal. When he goes after a fighter he is precise and those blows are so hard even if they have their hands up they get thru

The only difference between CLottey and AA is that Clottey was paid to take a dive.
