Dre Ward baby!!!!! This has been my avatar since day one on boxing scene. Oakland....everybody underestimated him but it's all good. Dre Ward is too fast, too strong, got too much to lose in this tournament by not winning. No way anyone beat him. Dirrell vs. Ward is gonna be the fight of the tournament.......that's gonna be the fight of the tournie.

Now Ward is the favorite. If Green beats him lmao.

this tournament is great though, it's had a little bit of everything. Expect the unexpected!

I want to say how pleased I am again with Showtime, all the promoters and the fighters for making this happen. It's really made 168 exciting and provided us with a lot of entertainment. Hopefully it sets an example for future tournaments (come on HBO, make one at 140!).
I think mentally Ward is more solid than Dirrell. I like Dirrell's persona better, more humor, flashy, certainly can be a star but Ward is more solid as a fighter and mentally it's like he already won it all. I think Ward all the way in this tournament. Beating Kessler, the WBA champ can only do wonders for your confidence. On a funny note, Dirrell may be the first fighter to ever wake up in the ring to a WIN!
