            It's a shame that Dawson isn't a draw.Shaw hasn't marketed him in his own area that well.

              I was told that Roy's ppv figures were around the 150-200K region, Hopkins has never been a big draw, even less so nowadays. His ppv buys for the Pavlik fight was only 190K, horrible numbers.

                    The other PPV's at his peak were not that great because he was a one man show and people knew they would simply see a one sided ass whippin'. The Toney and Hopkins fights simply came at the wrong time to have huge PPV numbers. Simple stuff really. Roy was P4P#1 for the better part of a decade and was a very big deal and a draw moreso than anyone else but Tito and Delahoya as far as fighters south of the heavyweight line go.
                    Jones best ppv views were for the Toney fight, which where 300K. His best buys after that were for the Ruiz fight, which did around 500K
