Golden Boy Promotions has reached a new agreement with NCM Fathom to continue presenting live world championship boxing in theaters throughout 2010. The first bout for 2010 will be Saturday’s Hopkins-Jones Jr. clash presented in 150+ movie theaters in high definition LIVE from Las Vegas’ Mandalay Bay Events Center. The May 1 Mayweather-Mosley fight can also be seen in theaters. Both events, of course, will also be available on pay-per-view television. Last year, Golden Boy brought the Mayweather-Marquez fight to the big screen – the first fight to be shown in movie theaters in over 20 years.
